Transition seamlessly from the gym to the workplace by simply sliding the quick release knob with your finger, as demonstrated in the diagram.

Select Proper Width: Compatible with any traditional or smart watch using spring bars of 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 23mm, or 24mm. Measure the watch lug where the band and spring bar meet the watch casing. Ensure the band width matches your watch's lug width precisely to ensure correct fitment of the spring bars. Specifications for most watches can be found online.

Two Lengths Included: Each band includes two different lengths of the 'long side' (the side with holes), ensuring a perfect fit for wrists ranging from 5" to 8" in circumference. Note that watch geometry may also affect fit.

Locking Feature and Other Attributes: Our proprietary locking feature ensures the free end of the strap stays securely in place. Features include quick release spring bars, durable silicone construction, solid tang 316L stainless steel buckle, scent-free and dust-free materials, and a 2mm taper from the watch head to the buckle.
